Responsibilities:
The Service Appointment Coordinator communicates with customers to identify needs, provide information, and ultimately an invitation into our dealership.
You'll be working with our current customers and prospects, offering brand, product and dealership information through phone calls, email, text and online chat with the opportunity for additional income based on incentive possibilities.

Responsibilities:
Enjoy working in a fast-paced customer & team-oriented call center environment Greet and interact with customers on the phone in a friendly and professional manner Assist in guest requests to schedule service appointments accurately and as stated by customer or service personnel, answer questions, offer value of doing business Assist service customer with their needs and if not able to do so, transfer guest to service center or take a message.
Stay abreast of service policies (alternative vehicles, weekly/monthly specials, roadside assistance, hours, location/directions, etc.
) Maintain and maximize shop utilization and customer satisfaction by organizing and planning customers future service needs within a time bank environment.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Valid Driver's License Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment Previous automotive experience preferred/not required Professional and friendly phone skills (use of preferred terminology and scripts) Ability to multi-task Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment Professional appearance and work ethic Predictable and reliable attendance is required.
