You will greet walk in customers, answer phones, performs patient intake coordination and verify insurance benefits, filing, maintain accurate referral log and other duties as assigned.
CSR must be friendly, helpful and task oriented.
Job requires skills with basic office equipment and with Microsoft office and Med Act billing software is helpful.
Candidate will undergo a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen and OIG background check.
DME experience is preferred.
