As a Stonerise home health aide, you will be responsible for observing patients, reporting/documenting these observations and care performed.
Some of your primary responsibilities include:
Providing personal care to patients including, bathing, changing bed linens, assisting with dressing, etc.
Preparing nutritious meals and assisting in feeding Taking vitals such as, temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure Assisting in ambulation and exercise according to the plan of care Performing range of motion and other simple procedures as needed Assisting patients in the self-administration of medications Reporting on patients' conditions and significant changes to the RN Benefits You Will Enjoy Full-time team member benefits include:
