As a Stonerise Quality Review Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for analyzing data integrity and consistency of OASIS documentation and assessment processes.
You will also support agency leadership and staff through targeted education related to accuracy and impact of OASIS scoring.
Some of your primary responsibilities include:
Reviewing all OASIS assessments to ensure appropriateness, completeness, and compliance with federal/state regulations Utilizing OASIS variation or alert reports when reviewing data Reviewing primary diagnosis and comorbidities for focus of care, identifying conflicts, and partners for resolution Consulting with appropriate team members to clarify any data integrity issues and working with clinicians to make appropriate corrections Identifies conflict in planned care delivery to OASIS scoring and clinical documentation through quality reviews Notifying leadership of problematic trends due to OASIS reviews Assisting the Director of Quality Services in material development and providing education related to OASIS scoring and documentation Performing clinical documentation reviews, collecting data, and providing agency feedback for analysis as part of the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) process Benefits You Will EnjoyFull-time team member benefits include:
