Experience:
24 months of role experience is required.
36 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required.
Experience with Meditech is required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a West Virginia license or compact license prior to placement start.
This role may require floating to additional units and locations Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
Flu vaccination required for onboarding.
Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.

Additional Details:
Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity.
No exceptions.
Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers.
Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.
Shift Notes CVOR RN; minimum of solid 3-5 years' experience who can scrub and circulate.
10 or 12 hour shifts.
Must be willing to take 1 week of call at a time with up to every 3rd week rotation of call.
Must be experienced in CV OR care.

General surgery, orthopedic, GYN, Urology, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Plastic Surgery Experience or Must have' skills:

Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) No self-scheduling, we do allow employee to work together to determine call shifts Weeknight/Call Requirements Evening and night shift call is required, call shifts are 8 hour shifts Call is required and shift is rotating Weekend/Call Requirements Call is 8 hour shifts, must be available to work all shifts Call is required and shift is rotating Holiday/Call Requirements Rotational on call requirements Floating Requirements If not needed in Surgery, may be required to float to Endoscopy Scrub Color/Dress Code Will wear scrubs from surgery vending machine Guaranteed Hours:
40 hours per week 2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) Proof of identification required Certifications:
